This Christmas Mysteries preparation and contemplation will focus on developing the heart chakra; the essential centre that affects all other developing capacities. The more care and understanding we have for its development the more is passed on helpfully to all other steps.
We will look at the various exercises that help develop the heart centre and as Rudolf Steiner stated, help us to bear the challenges of the times through our heart chakra development. “We will not feel the great burden of the collective consciousness; but instead, greater hope in human progress will awaken within us. Along with this hope will arise a greater will to participate in positive change for the world”.
We will also look at the significance of the rose symbol that appears on the Christmas tree and what it offers this process.
As this year closes and we look back over all the experiences, the trials and tribulations, may we be able to say that a little more love has entered into the world in, through and out of our efforts.
