Sarah Mecca

Sarah is a contributing author and tutor to Biodynamic Agriculture & Nutrition and Laying Foundations towards Inner Freedom in the Young Child. Sarah also facilitates study groups for Foundations in Anthroposophy and is a primary editor for all courses.

Sarah is a complementary health practitioner working out of anthroposophy based in upstate New York. She works with adults, children from birth through adolescence, family groups, and teachers, in their role supporting the children in their care.
