Eurythmy
A module from Spirit-led Education for a Spirit-led Life
By Marilyn Myres
The lesson offers archetype eurythmy gestures for each grade 1 to 7. With its foundation in the spiritual wisdom of the human being it can bring to conscious movement the invisible-creative forces which live in music and the spoken word.
The lesson asks the educator to practice the eurythmy gestures so as to fill themselves with the possibility of these health-giving etheric forces. When the gestures carry these living forces, they can then be shared with the child.
The Module Includes
- 1 Written Lesson
- 2 hours of Video recordings
- A Diary Sheet to access tutoring from Marilyn
How to Study this Module
Enroll at anytime and an account will be set up on the website, providing immediate access to the module that is formatted for printing, and the video recording.
“I wish to inspire you, as educators and parents, to have an experience of and learn some eurythmy so that you can help maintain the etheric in the world and bring the eurythmy to the children in a healthy way with truth, beauty, and reverence. I will include gestures and corresponding vowel sounds for the adult to have a deeper understanding of the eurythmy. Later in the lesson, I bring choreographed forms of movement for the adult to bring to the child.
When you feel ready, the Diary Sheet at the end of the lesson can be completed and submitted directly to Marilyn who will respond. A certificate of completion can be provided when the Diary Sheet has been submitted.
