This lesson invites you to deepen your understanding and appreciation for the way various forces organise themselves into a unique constitution that makes up each individual’s body. We will focus upon the expression of the archetypal threefold as it is represented in the human constitution. When we understand our constitution we can recognise its transient nature and distinguish it from virtues and capacities; the body is the instrument for the expression of our Eternal Self, it is not the Self. In caring for our body we enable the possibility of our virtues and capacities to be expressed to their fullest.
The module is designed for self-paced and self-directed distance learning. Enroll at anytime and an account will be set up on the website, providing immediate access to the content. The module and it’s associated activities remain available for 2 years, or longer if you choose to stay engaged with ongoing associated offerings.
Twice a year there is an opportunity to come together online for questions and practice in applying the observations to become fluent in observing constitutions.
This module is complemented by lessons from the Foundations in Anthroposophy – The 12 senses, the 3 fold human constitution, and the temperaments.
When you feel ready, the Diary Sheet at the end of the lesson can be completed and uploaded to your account on the website so that Louise can respond.
The content can be applied in daily life to understand each individual child’s and support them to care for their constitution.
A certificate of completion can be provided when the Diary Sheet has been submitted.
